If an interview ends too early or doesn't capture enough meaningful responses to generate insights, you won't be charged. If a participant provides enough substance for us to generate a summary and analysis — even if they don't finish every question — it counts as a completed interview.

If you haven't used any of your purchased interviews, you can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, or once any interviews have been used, the remaining balance is non-refundable.
